1. Shipping Charges
We deliver worldwide!
For local (Malaysia) orders, we provide FREE express shipping for all purchase of RM100 and above.
For international orders, a flat shipping fee is charged for each country. Please refer to the following:

Note: Please note that the packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Malaysia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
As each item is monogrammed by hand manually, we will process your order within 1-2 days and will be dispatched within the next 24 hours.

3. Who do you ship with?
We ship our orders via courier services such as Pgeon, Poslaju, Aramex, Teleport and etc. to deliver to your doorstep.
An email notification of your tracking number will be sent to your email. You may track or trace your parcel at the respective website.
Note: The shipment of the parcel may require signature on delivery. To ensure that you receive your parcel on time, please ensure someone is at the specified address between 9am – 5pm, failing which the courier service may leave a card at your place / drop you a message for re-delivery.
Please head over to your collection centre as specified on the card within 7 working days, failing which the courier services will return the parcel to us. An additional shipping charge will be imposed on the second shipment.
All of our products will come with our complimentary signature packaging which includes a premium dust bag, a Dainty gift box and a selection of greeting card of your choice, making this a great choice of gift for your loved ones, or even yourself! Rest assured that our Dainty’s packaging will come with an additional layer of bumper wrap to protect the package during the shipment process.
5. What if my parcel is returned to Dainty?
In the event you missed the delivery of your parcel, please ensure you head over to the nearest collection centre as specified on the card within the time frame given (normally 5 to 7 days).
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for self-collection or re-delivery. You will be charged a shipping fee for the re-delivery.
